We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming response from individuals seeking care at our practice. Due to a significant increase in new patient inquiries and our current backlog of applications, we have temporarily paused accepting new patient packets while we work through those already received.

We are also taking this opportunity to thoughtfully revise and improve our new patient enrollment process so that we can provide the best possible experience for every patient who joins our practice.

Please note: This temporary pause also applies to individuals wishing to establish care with Juliette Carr, APRN. We are currently completing her insurance credentialing and anticipate welcoming patients into her schedule with an early October start.
